We define talent as individuals who are performing and who have the potential to learn, grow and change. Individual contributors, functional experts and general managers belong in the talent pool. Talent exists at all levels of the organization. We specialize in designing programs for top talent that:

Build a strong network among the group
Focus on leadership AND execution
Provide some coaching for development
Incorporate action learning in either light touch format or as a series
Engage the group in debates about lay issues for the organization
Incorporate senior leaders as appropriate
Extend over a period of 3 to 9 months
