Sally Jackson is a management consultant and organisational psychologist who started her career in the Service Sector. She became an independent consultant after having been a Director of Human Resources for a London based retail chain. Since then she has worked on many different types of projects in the organisational and management development field. Her involvement has ranged from the facilitation of large-scale culture change to psychometric assessment and development of individuals and teams.

At present her primary focus is providing coaching for senior executives. In addition she facilitates workshops on leadership, change management, team building and interpersonal skills.

Clients include FTSE and Fortune 100 senior directors, board members and emerging leaders. She also has extensive experience in the not for profit sector. She is an associate member of staff at London Business School.

Sally lives in central London with her husband and two teenage daughters.
