Kally Reynold’s areas of
expertise are in executive and leadership coaching and training, team building,
employee training and staff management, corporate public relations, and
communications.
As a communications
executive, Reynolds has managed a number of nationally successful public
relations campaigns for Serta, International as well as community relations
initiatives for Safety-Kleen Corporation, where she headed a National Speakers
Bureau. In the summer of 2005, Reynolds started her formal training as an
executive and leadership coach, and began to build up her practice. In June 2006, she retired from Serta to build
a full-time coaching practice.
Reynolds effectively
delivers the TLC Executive Coaching Engagement model to clients in
collaboration with TLC (Transformational Leadership Coaching) president, Ann
Farrell.
Reynolds builds alliances
with her clients that help them clarify their values and objectives, while
gaining a better understanding of their core strengths, resources and
challenges. As a result, clients collaborate more effectively, make fuller use
of their creativity and insight, and realize their goals, both for the
corporation and themselves. In the process, clients are experience greater
insight, gratitude and joy.
Reynolds received her
Masters degree in Education from the University
of Illinois, Chicago. She received her coaching
certifications from the Coach Training Institute and the International Coaching
Federation in December 2006.
