Lominger International Associate Jane Schenck is president
of Catalyst Systems, a leadership and organization
development consulting firm. Her firm helps organizations
design and implement assessment, selection and
development processes, build competency models, and
create leadership development strategies. She also provides
executive coaching, and multi-rater feedback assessments.
Jane has over 20 years of organizational and leadership
development experience as an internal consultant, where
prior to starting her consulting practice, she was director of
development for Consolidated National Gas Inc.
She consults with operational and functional groups in the
areas of leadership, executive coaching, selection,
performance management, team development, and
organizational development.
Her clients range from mid-size to large companies in
manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical and
software design. Jane works with senior management
groups to create talent management processes aimed at
selecting and developing future organizational leaders.
With experience in instructional design, Jane has developed
and delivered a variety of programs in areas such as
coaching for development, coaching for performance and
coaching for learning agility; facilitation, team development,
selection; giving and receiving feedback; leadership
development and high potential assessment plus human
resources professionals' development.
She is a member of HRPS, PHRPS, ASTD and NSPI. She is a
Master Certifier for The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT Suite of
products.
Jane holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Seton Hill
University and a master's degree/ABD in curriculum
design/leadership development from the University of
Pittsburgh. |
