Jane Hodgson
Jane has been working in management development for more than 20 years and is an Associate of Ashridge Management College in Berkhamsted, England; the Center for Creative Leadership, Brussels; and Leadership Forum Inc. Having worked for central government and in the financial services industry in a variety of management roles, she is now a self employed consultant, specializing in the development of people and their management and leadership skills and the stimulation of organizational development initiatives. Jane's consultancy work includes designing and delivering development programs, executive coaching, team building, conflict resolution and workplace mediation, and selection and assessment. She has written two books: Effective Meetings and Thinking on your Feet in Negotiations and has co-authored four research reports on leadership. Jane's coaching assignments with senior managers have included helping them to think through significant organisational and or personal change, or develop their leadership and interpersonal skills at every level to CEO. She also coaches middle to senior level management teams. She has worked with several organisations in the process of cultural and organisational change, and with teams exploring how to work together more effectively in merging or changing environments. She is a lead coach for Ashridge, supervising and accrediting other coaches. Originally trained as an anthropologist, Jane has an MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and another in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. She is qualified to levels A and B of the British Psychological Society and holds a Neuro-linguistic Programming Master Practitioner certificate. She is an accredited workplace mediator. She has extensive experience with MBTI, CPI, FIRO-B, Strength Deployment Inventory, KAI, and Belbin plus a number of 360 instruments, such as VOICES, MSP, AIMS, Profilor, Benchmarks, and Prospector. |
