David
is an Associate of Leadership Forum Inc. and of Ashridge Business School
with many years
experience in Management and Organization Development. He has
specialised in
coaching and psychometric feedback for leadership development and
change
management; facilitating action learning groups for executives and
CEOs; and
development workshops for teams that are at a point of significant
change.

have included GEC, Rank and the Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry
Training
Board. Recent
clients include Allianz,
AIB, Natwest, Pfizer, Tetrapak and Siemens.
David works with senior managers
in the UK
and Europe. He has considerable
experience coaching

psychometric and 360º questionnaires.
