Barbara A. Mason
Barbara A. Mason received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While working for Johnson and Johnson as a Territory Representative she earned an MBA with a concentration in Management and Economics. Barbara spent several years as a Business Studies Instructor in the greater Washington, D.C. area and was selected as a Fulbright Business Studies Exchange Instructor to the UK in 1997. After completing an Executive International Business Certificate at Georgetown University in 1998, she served as the International Training Project Manager for Sealand Services during their Manila & Cork initiative. From 1999- 2001 she served as a V.P and Regional Training Manger for Credit Suisse First Boston's DLJdirect division in Charlotte NC where she initiated the divisions first Management Development Certification Program. Barbara has settled in the Raleigh-Durham, Research Triangle Area after a second return from London having attained an MsC from the London School of Economics. As a Leadership Forum Associate, Barbara does custom Management & Development Training Design/Executive Education/Facilitation within the Pharmaceutical/Bio Tech/ and Financial Services Industry. Recent clients include: Novartis, Organon, Novo Nordisk, Amgen, the UNC Chapel Hill Executive Education Program, the NC State Leadership Academy and Leadership Forum (UBS Bank, Deutsche Bank & Merrill Lynch) In her spare time Barbara plays golf, reads, and bikes and takes classes herself! |
