Susan specializes in maximizing business productivity and results by leveraging executives’ leadership talent and competencies to create positive work environments. Susan’s professional career has spanned various line and management positions in engineering, sales, consulting/services, marketing, and HR business units with a Fortune 100 Information Technology Company. In recent years, her specific focus has been coaching executives and teams and facilitating sales and leadership development learning offerings, which have contributed to quarter to quarter performance improvements; both bottom line business results and organizational climate. Susan brings her leadership and coaching experience from various business disciplines as well as academia to help her clients develop higher emotional intelligence and leadership impact, which leads to more effective business and client relationships, and improved individual and team performance. Ms. Valdiserri earned a Master of Science degree in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University, and later served as an Adjunct Professor in Northwestern’s undergraduate leadership program. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian. She completed her coaching training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and received her Professional Co-Active Coach certification (CPCC) from CTI, as well as her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) Organization. Ms. Valdiserri is accredited in Hay/McBer’s Leadership Climate and Styles assessments. She also leads coaching and leadership training programs for the Coaches Training Institute and the Arbinger Institute. |
