Hannah Fieldsend

Hannah Fieldsend partners with Leadership Forum Inc. in the areas of Leadership Development and Coaching, with a focus on Women in Leadership roles. She is Director of Talent Edge Consulting in Asia Pacific and her interests and experience lie in Leadership Development, Organization Development, Executive Coaching, Talent Development, and Facilitation. During her career she has been involved in a number of large-scale organization development and talent development initiatives with multi-nationals and also public sector organizations both in EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Hannah is based in Singapore and her work takes her to many of the countries within the Asia Pacific Region. Through her work in Asia, she has developed a strong appreciation of the challenges that organizations face in: mobilizing themselves to seize business growth opportunities, working across a myriad of geographies, and harnessing the power of a diverse and multi-cultural workforce. She partners closely with her clients to address these and other challenges.

Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Hannah was a Director in the Learning and Leadership Development function for Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she was responsible for Leadership Development across the Wealth Management, Support and Risk Functions of the Bank in Asia Pacific.

Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Hannah was a Chartered Occupational Psychologist at the BBC in the UK. In that capacity she was responsible for consulting on organizational change and development, assessment for both selection and development, and senior manager coaching. Alongside her work at the BBC, Hannah was a visiting lecturer at City University on the Masters in Occupational Psychology program.

Hannah graduated with a BSc in Occupational Psychology and earned a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from Nottingham University in the UK and went on to become a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Hannah is also qualified as an Executive Coach with a European accredited organization and certified by Leeds University in the UK.

Over the last 12 years of working with a variety of different leaders, Hannah has developed an accessible and practical approach that draws on both her psychological insights and also her commercial acumen to help her clients to achieve their goals.
