David Pearce
David is an Associate of Leadership Forum Inc. and of Ashridge Business School with many years experience in Management and Organization Development. He has specialised in coaching and psychometric feedback for leadership development and change management; facilitating action learning groups for executives and CEOs; and development workshops for teams that are at a point of significant change.

Employers have included GEC, Rank and the Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry Training Board. Recent clients include Allianz, AIB, Natwest, Pfizer, Tetrapak and Siemens.

David works with senior managers in the UK and Europe. He has considerable experience coaching executives on a short and long term basis, with or without the use of psychometric and 360º questionnaires. The coaching relationship is positioned to enable the client to make significant progress in personal development in their work, career and life.

David has a BA. He is qualified to levels A and B of the British Psychological Society and has particular experience of MBTI, CPI, Firo B, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Ambiguity Architect, LVI, Careers Anchors plus Profilor, Benchmarks and ESP 360° feedback instruments.

His coaching approach consists of:
  • listening carefully and compassionately to the client's story
  • enabling her/him to make sense of their current situation
  • jointly creating a big picture view of the key strengths, challenges, opportunities and dilemmas
  • jointly working towards solutions and commitments
  • respecting the individual and at the same itme offering strong proposals
