Collin E. Rustin, Jr.
Collin E. Rustin, Jr. is an exceptional group facilitator and executive coach with over 20 years of experience as a human relations professional. He brings a friendly and engaging style to his work with senior executives and emerging business, government and military leaders who seek to improve their effectiveness in leading and managing others. He has extensive experience with helping leaders and managers improve their awareness and effectiveness in handling controversial issues, conflict management and resolution. He facilitates leaders’ skill development in the appreciation of diversity, building cultures of inclusion, and understanding the value of dialogue. Collin is a certified mediator and is skilled at helping people to hear each other more effectively and work toward a higher level of collaboration, not just compromise. He sincerely believes the answers to today’s challenges will surface as we present our authentic selves to one other.

Collin has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is affiliated with The Center for Creative Leadership as a member of their adjunct faculty and is a master coach for executive level participants. He has served as Director of Counseling for Staff at UNC-Chapel Hill and Regional Director of the National Coalition Building Institute, Inc. NCBI is an international not-for profit organization dedicated to the development of leaders who value diversity, take principled stands and initiate intergroup cooperation.
