Leadership Forum Inc. offers three executive coaching formats:
Traditional Executive Coaching(Intensive coaching for 6 months to a year)Typically, this process involves leadership assessments such as a 360 degree assessment, and behavioral interviews with key constituents inside the organization (e.g., boss and peers). This information collected is used to evaluate top priorities for change and to create an action plan. We work with the coachee for at least six months to make sure the changes are effective. CoachingXpress™(Addresses a specific issue over a period of 2 to 4 months)This version is suited to a coachee who has a specific challenge or need where time is limited. In this process, we collect behavioral feedback from key constituents (e.g., boss, peers and direct reports) using our customized online open-ended interview questions. Evaluators sign into a secure, password protected website and submit their responses to questions either anonymously or not. Leadership assessments will be used as needed. We compile a report with the feedback, review this information with the coachee over the phone, create a set of action items and discuss progress in two subsequent follow-up phone calls.
