During the last decade, Amelie has coached vice presidents, corporate senior managers, and young high flyers of different nationalities, cultural backgrounds, and continents. Most often these leaders have significant experience in the global corporate world. Her clients come from a wide range of industries including banking and financial services, consulting, insurance, IT and media, as well as from the chemical, food and engineering industries. Her career in the corporate world has given her sound business experience especially in training, personal and organizational development as well as in human resources management. As a board member, she contributed to strategic planning, organizational change, and was involved in crisis management. She worked for OTTO Versand, Hamburg, S.C. Johnson, and a leading business school in the U.K. Amelie’s experience as an executive and as a coach has given her the opportunity to witness the power of coaching which allows senior executives to boost their existing talents, explore and develop their untapped resources and possibilities thus creating breakthrough for themselves and their organization. Amelie prefers a personal and practical approach focusing on strengths in order to kick start a positive spiral of success for the client whose comfort zone is expanding through his/her achievements ideally in combination with a balanced lifestyle. Amelie received a degree in Economics from Technical University Berlin. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, EMCC, and various coaching networks.
